How much space is needed for the P90x program?

Many people have asked me this question, how much space is required to set up P90x, some says they just have one room will it be sufficient. According to my experience , you need a 8x8 feet space to set up all the equipments of P90x and also you need a door to set up pull up bar. All the equipments used in P90x are very portable and can be packed again after use. And this is the thing which makes P90x program very unique as it is very portable and you can easily take it with you to some other place.
If you are going somewhere on vacations, you can take your DVD’s and laptop and do your workouts. Unless you are using resistance bands, you need your dumbbells but you could set them on an extra layer of carpet in the room you are doing P90X.
I prefer doing my P90X workouts in the basement and that is where I have my pull up bar and my dumbbells. Another thing that you must take care is that if you decide to do your P90X workouts in a bedroom or living room that has carpet then the repetitious movements might give your carpet some additional wear and tear. Same happen if you are working out on hard wood floors.
So basically you can do P90X anywhere as it is pretty versatile. Just think of all the money you will be saving on gym memberships once you start your own P90X journey. So stat it and get going, it will surely leads you to a healthy lifestyle.
